Yes... at last I am happy to share this with everyone that both mine and my wife's cases were approved. I had an LUD earlier this afternoon and got approval emails just an hour back....I was very much worried as there was no message change after FP's... The labor certification took almost 2 1/2 years and other process just finished in 7 months which is quite amazing....

This is really the MONTH where I hope most other approvals will come thru... I really want to thank this forum and UnitedNations as well in terms of few suggestions each made... Nice way to keep everyone in touch and be along in this horrible journey...


Ritu_Sanjay, Please let me know if any findings on infopass appointments...

Congratulations labornc,

You won't believe but yesterday only I thought now you will be the next who will get GC approval. It feels very nice to see someones approval. That gives us hope and tells to be patient.

I140 approved = Feb. 18, 2005
I485 approved date == ???????? ludchanged May4, 2005 after FP
FP = May3, 2005

Congratulation.

I did fp along with my wife on 04/19/05. sofar there is no message change and still waiting. Not even LUD changes. You mentioned that you did not get any messaage change after fp. Could you give some more info regarding whether this "no message on web" is normal before approval.

I am worried and daily checking the emails for updates.

I read it on this forum earlier to who got approvals just with LUD or LUD with some common messages like "FP results recd" etc... I think as somebody said it depends on the officer to update dates and different msg... atl-la-bore even got his GC in postal mail with just one approved email... here is his post...

Got infopass scheduled at Charlotte for both of us on 6/23/05 at 8.00AM... i tried after 6PM & got both scheduled in 1 hour... try ur luck after that...
