Hi,

Got Approval notice for myself.

Registered, but haven't received email. So, got this pleasant surprise in my mailbox this evening. Message is neither updated on website or uscis 800 number.

Here's my details:
RD - 12 Feb'2002
ND - 4 March'2002
FP-2 - May'02, Oct'03
EAD/AP - Two
Feature employment case
Changed addresse
Didn't change Attorney
RFE-04/06 received by Attorney
RFE details received by INS - my case 04/26(std-2 W2, 2 paystubs, 2 IT ret)

Exactly right Tufan... I didnot receive the emails for my 3EAD approvals yesterday, I wonder, what next USCIS have to offer... :confused:

Hi 292641 - My RFE respose was received on Apr 26 and last updated date changed accordingly.

But after that I saw two changes in last updated date but no emails and no message change. The last updated dates was changed on 28th april and than on 29th april and it is still showing lastupdated date as 29th april.
The approvel notice was sent on May 5th.

that also shows, one could get an approval or notice as based on "last updated" in 11-12 days .

Got my passport stamped today 05/12/04 without any problems.

it took me about 90 minutes in the Boston office.
