Friends,
My case is Eb3, non-RIR and PD with Massachusetts SWA is Aug 15, 2003. As per process date, my case was still with Massachusetts SWA. I have not yet received 45 days letter from BEC, Phil. I am not sure whether my case was sent to BEX, Phil or to Boston Satelite center. How can I find out where my application is?

Ask your lawyer to find out more information about your case.
If your lawyer is not helpful -
Contact MA SWA to get status on your case. They should be able to tell you if they sent your case to Boston Regional Center or PBEC.
