Boston Nov 12th Oath Ceremony got de-scheduled !!!

I got a Notice from VSC that due to unforeseen circumstances my Oath ceremony got de-scheduled . And the letter says that they will send another notice to take further action or any notice for scheduling an interview.

No idea what to expect now. Should I talk to a lawyer.

I supposed to have oath ceremony @ Haynes Convention center Nov 12 at 9:00 am. got the same notice by mail Oath ceremony descheduald by USCIS due to unforeseen circumstances........ we will advice you any futher action taken on this case .......under separate notice.
I am frustrated

Boston USCIS DO started calling some of us yesterday Nov 3rd informing that there was a messup and Nov 12th still holds good. Even if you dont hear from Boston office I recommend that you show up at the Hynes convention center on the 12th.

I'm on the same boat!!!!! I got my letter for the Oath ceremony and then on sat nov 1, I got the letter for the descheduled one, What should I do? I contacted the Hynes Convention Center and the dont have any activities scheduled for nov 12. please if anybody find out anything please advise.

Just show up on 12th for now to be sure or setup an Infopass if its easier for you to get to Boston office. And please stay close to the phones listed on the N400.
 
thank you! and I will, here is the number for hynes convention center if you would like to contact them to find out more details.617-954-2000, I contacted them yesterday and they dont have anything schedule fo oath ceremony on the 12. try to contact them and see if you have better luck.

Good call Juankito22.
I just called the number and they confirmed that "THEY DO HAVE THE IMMIGRATION CEREMONY SCHEDULED ON THE 12TH".
 
Oath deschedule notice.

Fyi,

I have my oath scheduled on Nov-12th along with my wife at 10:30. I got a mail yesterday from USCIS stating that its been de-scheduled. But when I got home, My wife told me that she got a call from USCIS stating that this notice was sent out by mistake for me and the OATH will be held on 12th as per the old schedule. The officer also asked me to bring along this notice. Only I got the notice and not my wife. Since, USCIS confirmed by phone to ignore/bring along the notice, I will do the same. I am assuming that this will be the case with everyone who got this notice. Please validate/verify it by using the means/methods outlined in this posting by experienced members.
