ANy idea if Boston INS is issuing EAD and AP? Did any one get it done recently?

They have stopped doing this from Feb. 5, 2003. They will process your EAD or AP at Boston only if your I-485 application is pending at Boston not VSC.

How about iEAD?

Do they issue iEAD even if you applied EAD from VSC?

iEAD - I believe Boston INS issues

I had been to Boston INS last week and they did not accept my application for EAD and AP as i had filed my I-485 in Vermont and asked me to apply EAD to VSC ...... and i checked with the INS officer can i atleast get a iEAD in case i dont recv my EAD before my Visa expires ..he said yes ..drop in to the Local INS 3 or 4 days before ur Visa expires an iEAD will be issued ......

This is what he said but i am not sure ... until we see someone had really got an iEAD.
