My labor was filed in RIR in Massachusetts in July 2002. It got approval from state labor in March 2003. But Federal Labor for Boston returned my application for more advertising according to my employer.
My employer says that they need to re-advertise for the position that I was seeking labor approval and the advertisement can not start until Boston DOL let us know when to advertise. Does everything sound ok here ?. When my employer received returned labor appl from Boston DOL, can't they immediately start advertising ? and it seems DOL asked for resubmission in non-RIR catelgory without losing the original labor appl submitted date.
I appreciate anyone who can give me more insight into this.
