boston ASC FP experience

Just posting my fp exp at boston ASC. I reached ASC at 7:00 AM, there were 10 people in front of me. Got a good free parking spot in another street, so try street side parking before paying $20 to Govt Center parking. Anyways, it was cold, one of lady working over there called everyone in around 7:50AM and asked everyone to be seated in order. After that she checked everyone's documents like appt letter and ID. I had my fp letter and passport. When I gave it to her, she asked if I have my EAD. I said I have it but I am not carrying it. She said you should carry it as it is easier to verify A number. I was carrying my I-485 receipt just in case, so was fine.

And at sharp 8 AM they asked me to go for finger printing, where they first checked if there was any cut etc on my fingers. The lady who did the fp was very courteous and they also double checked with a senior QA personnel when FP was over. Overall it was fast, efficient and easy.

Tips:
1. Carry EAD or something that show A number. Alternatively, you can verify A# on you fp notice before hand

2. Go there on Wed and later and not on Sat. Wed are usually free.

3. Go around 7AM as you will be done really early. Going before that is not worth chilled sufferings. :)

4. Make sure there are no cuts on your fingers as they will turn you back.

That's it!!! Also, there is an Aubopain coffee shop there, so get your coffee to fight the cold in case you plan to be there early.

thanks
