I'm planning to visit Canada for 7th year H1-revalidation.
My employer had filed my extension couple of weeks back and i'm expecting new H1- B approval by Jan'07.
My question is: Can I book an appt in Canada/Mexico in advance without getting the I-797 approval, just with receipt no?
Any inputs would be appreciated.
