Hi
Someone guide me please. Sorry for the long email.
My Status:
1. My LC and I-140 have come through.
2. I have 1 year left for completing 6 years in USA on H1B.
3. I know my employer will renew my visa provided I have a client to work for.
4. I have my application on EB3 with PD of Nov. 2002.
5. My employer's business model is such to limit employee’s options. He does not even respond to my phone calls and I do not get response to questions related to my paycheck also.
Problem:
1. I have to change my Job.
2. I have taken a lot of nonsense from my employer in the hope for a GC. I see all my sacrifices go waste as my employer is tightening his noose around my neck day by day. I am on verge of going back in spite of having a great client right now.
Suggestions sought:
1. If I change my job, Will I get HB1 renewal beyond 6 years? Will my current LC and I140 benefit me in any way?
2. Should I wait for EAD + 6 months (PD has been stuck on 8th May 2001 for that past 6 months)?
Thank you in advance.
