Hi

I talked to an immigration lawyer and he said that I have to wait at least 90 days after my entrance to marry him otherwise the immigration officer would be deny my case right away no matter how sold evidence and proof we provide for him that it is a Bona Fida marriage.

The guy u are planning on marrying is getting a green card. so if u marry him, you still need to maintain ur own legal status here until ur residency is approved in 48-60 months. So if I were you, I'd wait a yr before marrying him to remove any doubt that this thing is not legit.

if you feel comfortable that you can go through immigration officers interrogation and still prove to him that your marriage is legit, then go ahead. It will be hard because they will not believe you and you will have to prove that you are in love. I know a couple of people that married US citizens right after they arrived in this country. They proved their matter to USCIS and now they have green cards.
Good luck.

I think you would have a very hard time to prove 2 things:

1) that you did not enter the US with intentions of immigration (which is not what your visa allows)

2) that your marriage is in good faith being so prompt and quick right away.
