Blunders by Immigration Officers

Yesterday, myself and my wife recieved RFE for our EAD extentions. Both the RFE are for the same reason and they say that 'your date of birth on the application is different from the one on my picture ID' . It mentions what are the two dates.
The clerk has obviously placed my wife's driverse license in my file and my drivers licence in my wife's file. The officer is so stupid that he did not look at the name in the drivers license (foget about distinguishing a male photo from female photo). The fact that he did this mistake in two cases (mine and my wife's) talks volumes about how stupid some of their actions can be. No wonder that many people get NOID for no reason. Thank God, it's only an EAD application otherwise i can't imagine the pain that would have caused to me.
We need to add a demand in our petitions that even if some one gets NOID, he should be able to work (using EAD) until he is finally denied.

You sent DLs for EAD extension ? But why ? Did you send both the applications in one envelop ? Yweeeee

How are you going to reply to RFE ? You say like
Sir,
You are stupid. So, Please match the names on application and DL.:D:D

Our (myself and my spouse) EAD renewal had similar problem.
When we received our EAD cards, I am surprised to find out that my photo was printed on my spouse's card, while my spouse's photo was printed on my card. The ridiculous thing is that on both cards, under "sex", were printed "female".

Called INS, and asked us to send card back to VSC for correction, we did it via FedEx on 11/02 and never heard anything back.

Did you all think I was just venting steam when I called those minimum-wage-high-school-grad-unionized-lazy-ass "officers" stupid and incompetent ?

I have already replied. Thought of using stronger words, but wisdom prevailed. Simply wrote that he has mistaken my wife's DL for mine and i have resent my DL.

I hope you meant (clear) copies of your DL not the real DL. BTW, for photo ID copies of passport should also suffice.
