Blue Letter after N-400 Interview

Today, I had the N-400 interview. After the interview, the lady gave me a blue sheet of paper with requesting:

"Personal Affidavit stating the fact of your relationship..." - basically how I met, dated, married, etc with my wife. She's US citizen. Is there anyone here getting this kind of letter?

She asked me send that paper, but is it possible for me to drop it at the office with infopass?
I just want this process to become faster...
