Blue Form during Immigrant Visa (Spouse) interview

My wife went for the IV interview in Chennai recently and received a blue form with request for following:
* My most recent W2 and Tax filing
* Additional id for Birth Certificate verification
* Copy of my passport

We submitted these at VFS.

The pending processing page of Consulate only tracks non-IV visas and does not track responses for IV

Any idea how long it will take for the processing/decision?
