Blocked from BCIS online status Site

Hi,
Yesterday I ran script for eac02238 seris (july 02 RD) & today I am unable to check my status as I am blocked by the site. The message says I exceeded my limit & will be blocked for period of time.
Does anybody know how long this blocking period is ? 1day, 2days ---- 4 days etc.

Max: 2 days.

If you have dsl connection, power off your dsl modem and power on after 30+ seconds. Your IP will be changed and you can run the script again.

can you check once again. I have later rd but earlier no than this.

My details are
RD 7/8/02
ND 7/12/02
FP 8/29/02
FP RCVD 9/10/02
Hope my case gets picked up before my FP expires in Dec
