Blank online status...any clues??

My guess:
1. Could be a server problem.
2. Our guys are preparing reports from these sites which INS doesn't like.
3. INS wants to drive us nuts by giving absolutely no information.
4. INS wants to keep everything a secret.
I am going nuts.. Though its the same message.. It would be nice to see and imagine it changed when u refresh...
High hopes...

The above was in reference to roran's initial message that he was not able to see anything on INS website

responding so fast, before even I could edit my message.
Actually I deleted all my temperory internet files and then checked online and my message came back again( even though I had a small hope that my case was getting updated and had a server lock on that page ) High hopes..huh..
