My case was approved in VSC and PP Stamped in Detroit-MI. I am wonder about actual plastic card. Do you think it would take long time to get it just because my stamping was done in NSC jurisdiction.

When you are done with the PP stamping at Detroit,MI it would be sent to VSC. It will be either your Detroit local INS office or the NSC center who will send it to VSC. So usually the mailing will take 1-2 weeks between the service centers. So if you are currently getting card in 4weeks in VSC area you can add 2 more weeks to your card arrival. Check the AVM after about 3 weeks of your PP stamping. Good luck.
