Biz Checklist, Dos and Dont's

I know this is not a related thread...Because I know couple of Gurus here, I just want to paste the link here, hopefully you may respond to this.

I got my GC, if I start the business now with in 6 months. Will USCIS consider it as a GC fraud (I will be working for my employer for at least 6 months from GC approval date) ???

six months is ok, but it's pretty safe if you can stay there for a year. Of course if your employer doesn't complain to USCIS you should be fine.
