Find the nearest Canadian consulate to where you live, give them a call and they will mail all the paperwork to you. It takes about 6 months to complete, and is all pretty simple to do. Obviously you will need all your papers showing you are a Canadian citizen to send, the type of visa you have here in the States, etc.
