Hi,

Greetings. I would like to get birth certificate for my wife, since she doesnot possess already one. My attorney suggested to get an affidavit. How can I do it in Sunnyvale, CA area? I greatly appreciate your suggestions.

Get a Birth affidavit from your wife\'s parents.

You also need a non-availability certificate from the corporation or Health department in India stating that your wife\'s birth was not been registered.
