My daughter is sending the I-130 for me. I am the mother. She has her birth certificate issued in 2004 with the official translation that she used when she did her paper work for her green card. She kept the originals. Does the birth certificate from Peru has to be current? Issued just a few months ago? Can she use the birth certificate she has with the official translation for me? thanks so much.
