I would like to sponsor my sister for family based green card. She does not have a birth certificate. Is there any way her passport or her school certificates may be used to derive a birth certificate? She is an indian citizen. Any help will be appreciated.
You can get a notified affidavit from your parents in lieu of the birth certificate.
Uscis website i think has acceptable documents and you can google for the affidavit content.
