Birth Certificate?

My wife has birth certificate from hospital and discharge slip too. But that don’t have name of baby (my wife). But It has date of birth, place of birth, address and parents name.

Does that work? What we have to do for name because that is missing?

First of all hospital birth records are not admissable in USCIS I believe. Secondly even if they were, you would still need affidavits with it since it does not have the name. Get two affidavits for her birth from her parents and uncle/aunt etc.

thats correct, they are not valid. You need the birth certificate from the muncipal office adjucating the location where you were born
