Birth Certificate requested as an RFE !!!

My dad sent me the Birth Certificate that USCIS requested from me as RFE this Tuesday from backhome through DHL postal service. Hopefully I should be receiving that another day or two & as I planned I'll mail that back to USCIS overnight. Hopefully that's all & USCIS will not ask from me no more RFE. Waited enough bet it's time for me to see that green document (although it's not green) soon. Can't wait any longer for my freedom. Please pray for me all my brothers & sisters as I always do for others.

I think your turn is very near.. Do not forget to put the yellow RFE on top of your certificate when mailing. BTW, is it the official certificate document with seals or just a written affidavit from your father ?

don't worry

Atique : I know it has been a looong wait but think that you are closer than you think, and when you recieve the green card you are finally gonna be able to put all that weight out of your back, you will feel relief and in a sense you will think that that long wait was worthwhile.....you are strong....
BTW, what is the best way to send this papers to USCIS?? express mail?? priority?? certify?? this monday I'm gonna send my RFI and I am not sure how to send it.

Hang in there! You'll be out free before you know! That's the last hoop to jump through. :) I just sent whole new asylum application(that was the latest RFE) and got ready to wait for another decade.

Grass, thanks for your coment but what do you mean by that yellow RFE? Cause RFE letter that I received from USCIS (NSC) is not yellow but a white paper & that also include a envelope with their address on that.
Yes, I must attach that RFE request letter along with the birth certificate that they asked for. I didn't receive that yet but as far my dad said it's the official document with letter head "City Corporation" & they are the right authority in my country who issues birth certificate. My dad also notarized that too. Therefore per my dad I'll mail total two things. One is original birth certificate & another same thing just this one got notarized by notary public to make that more authentic. Hope that will do.

Thanks Morning & don't get upset about your case. USCIS is working quickly now-a-days. If that continues we all be approved very soon. Could you belive ND 2005 even started getting their case processed ? It sure was simply nothing but a dream for all of us just a year ago. Once again my brother thanks for your coment. May God bless you & all other fellow asylee brothers & sisters.

Guacho, Thanks for your coment. I sure hope we all get approved very soon.
As per your question I mailed my RFI using overnight(certified) along with return receipt. I don't know what good it does for over night but guess for mental peace thinking USCIS would receive that quickly. But return receipt helped me by knowing USCIS received that cause when ever someone from NSC received that he/she is required to sign that paper which is good that way hopefully USCIS atleast can't say we didn't receive it. Than again for USCIS everything is possible but that's beyond of my control so I suggest please mail it through return receipt & if possible certified mail. Overnight is something your personal choice since even in a normal mail from State to State don't take more than a week anyway.
Good luck.

Dear Atique:

You will get your G/C within 10 days, bro.

I hope you are right my brother. What about your case? Any new progress? Did you hear anything about your Name Check from them that you sent them a letter? Don't worry my brother you are not far from freedom too.

Well, my case is in TSC, so the RFE is a yellow sheet. No self-addressed envelope was attached. Your case is in NSC so the RFE format is different.

No, they are going to send me a GC & for you BIO 4 which includes state of your mental condition check up cause to me you definitely need one big time. After all USCIS should not approve a case who's not mentally stable. We already have enough psycho in States don't need some more as PR.
Don't act too smart remember this forum is not for to chew someone but be passionate & share knowledges & help others every possible manner. Now if you can not maintain that I w'd really appreciate don't reply my posts. It's not that you have to answer all members posts especially if you don't have the respect for their knowledge, experience & thoughts. Hope you got my point. May Allah bless you & help you get your GC sooner than you think.

Guacho

Sorry Guacho, if I hurt someone's feeling but you are right it really makes me mad when I find someone don't show no respest for others opinion or be sarcastic.None of us we are in a mood for this. As I always say we are in this forum not to make fun nor to put others down but to share our problems. Our path is long especially people those are like me & so many with ND 2000 or even earlier & I don't blame any members but USCIS for this. Don't you think we all need to be a little passionate here? Trust me Guacho, it don't make me feel bad at all to see ND 2003/2004 or even 2005 getting their approvals. I am not jealous at all but it makes me mad the way USCIS handles cases.
And as you said hope man that really scares me cause lot other forum members made negative coments for me being so optimistic. For some it's a crime to give hopes. We all need to understand in this mysteries world we all know very little about it. No one even know what's in your fate next hour. Who knows this could be even my last post writing since I don't know if I'wd be alive another hour or two. Therefore we just guess & use our best judgement in any problems ahead of us.
Did it ever happen to you? I bet it did for all atleast once that you are really depressed or in trouble & if a friend or someone come close to you & comfort you with hopes, how would you feel? Not bad for sure right? So if one can comfort you even for sometime what's the problem. Now one could say that as false hopes but who are you to judge that is a false hope. It's like if I predict you'll get your GC this Friday & that really happens than I would be a big person who can tell future & people will start paying me money as a fortune teller but if that don't occur as I predict I'd be toast.
We don't need to take this so seriously but rather be hopeful & optimistic. I don't belive in fate but my deeds & I'm sure we all worked hard to receive this asylum granting process. It wasn't easy like a piece of cake but we rather earned it so nothing wrong to be hopeful & raise others hope towards this long process.
Sorry about this long post. Once again I'm very hopeful we all will be approved & receive our GC very soon regardless what ND we all have.
