Hi,
I have got birth certificate from local municipal office in this format. Issue date year 2005 which is more than 1 year to my birth date year 1976. Some says, if you have a birth certificate registered more than 1 year late, you need to give an affidavit alogn with BC. However, my BC says it has been generated from the original municipal record (that mean aleready registered) but the registration date mentioned in BC is 2005.
Please read below and let me know if i need an affidavit along with this BC.
