Birth Certificate Question

Hello,

My wife needs to get her birth certificate for AOS. We were trying to get an affidavit from her parents as suggested in this forum. However, her parents are currently visiting us here in USA. Can we produce the affidavit here and get it notarized? If anybody having similar experience can share it with us, we will greatly appreciate it.

Sure you can. Just take them to a Notary along with their passport.
