I would like to know if you can help me on this issue...

I asked my mother to send me my birth certificate from Italy... that's what she sent me: (I couldn't attach them, for some reason it keeps telling me those are not images :|, i redid them in photoshop 4 times... )

of course this is just a fax, so the quality is low, but is this the right thing? I cannot find any info online about the specific certificate I have to bring... and I wouldn't love to get an RFE after the interview for this...

(if you can send me a link where to find more info as well... it would be good)

thank you, any help is appreciated

Mr. Berlusconi,

Could you please STOP creating a gazzilions of threads for your case? One thread by you should be fine, ask all your questions there plzzz......................plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.......................................

When you create so many threads for the same case, people lose the background and context of your situation, which makes them less willing and able to give a proper answer.

Mr. Berlusconi? can I call you Mr. Manson? he was american... or where are you from? maybe I can find another one that suits you better...

anyway... why should I keep the same thread? the others are not pertinent... and by the others I mean... the other one, because I just opened one... weirdo :|

now let's get back on track, if you have anything relevant to add... feel free to share, otherwise, well... don't.

[little addition]

Why should the people lose interest? because I politely and correctly open a thread per question? which actually makes it easier to understand what is that we are talking about? you can't possibly talk about 10 different subject in one thread only, because if someone has potentially the ability to answer one of these and he doesn't even find the question because it's somewhere hidden on page 4... that's really a ludicrous way of using a forum, which... by definition should be composed of Questions (or topics) and answers. I hope I made myself clear... now if we can get back to this topic, it would be delightful...

Mr. Berlosconi,

You can call me Mr. Matzo Ball, I am Jewish. I was born abroad and have been living in the US for about 10 years or so. I don't take offense at insults, even what Rick Sanchez said about Jews, it wasn't even an attack on Jews.

Once again, no need to create another thread, or I will ask the administrator to suspend you for 10 days. In that 10 days, I know you will be sore.

well... you can ask the administrator to suspend me... or to explain directly why shouldn't I dare to open a second thread... anyway...

from what I see... still nobody answered the simple question instead of fighting, so now can you answer after you made your point of being "the cool guy"?

thank you

ps. I just contacted the administrators by myself... and reported your post, that's just the easiest way :| I just wanted an answer

Mr. Berlosconi,

Don't be too serious about these issues, contacting the administrator is just too lazy... I said that as a joke, I know Italians don't joke a lot...lol...:) Have you ever wonder why there are so many Jewish comedians, it is that same sense of humor which has sustained our people for centuries.

Let me help you one for one last spaghetti, why doesn't your mother mail you the original certificate via Fedex, DHS or UPS? It will cost her maybe 10 Euros, but you will have the original and the interviewer won't give you meat balls at the interview? In my view, Photoshop stuff isn't real, have you ever seen an imperfect model? Of course not, you don't want an IO to give you grief because of suspicions of altering the documentation. I hope this is helpful and you will consider never opening another thread, until I get my calzone.

You are just spamming at this point, my point is not asking you how she should send it to me the documents, but just if the documents are ok; This is a simple fax coming from Italy, before spending 40 euro on the shipping of something that is not useful...

What is the point in her shipping me some documents that in the end are NOT ok in the first place?

you have been less than helpful, please stop spamming; so I ask somebody else, if they can help on this issue.

The link you attached doesn't work at all, unless my anti-virus is blocking it. You will require an original birth certificate at the interview, you betcha. I don't consider 40 euros to be a lot of money, especially if it will save you from the hell of USCIS and RFE at the interview. Unless you were born in 1908, your birth certificate should be of good quality, unless you made lasagna on top of it....:)

to open the links just copy and paste them on your web browser, they are simple images, if you want I can send them through email

thank you to whoever can relieve me of this doubt... thank you

Cavichi,

The upload works well. The certificate is clear and acceptable, just get an English translation and you are set. Since it is in Italian, USCIS will need an English translation.. Just print it on a nice paper.

So it's not a problem that the names and everything is hand-written and not printed (I found it weird that the girl at city hall would do that)

Absolutely NOT!!! I don't believe that USCIS will reject it because it is hand-written, that would weird and absurd. With close to 200 countries in the world, I am certain they have seen various types of birth certificate, as long as they can read the English translation, you should be fine. In some parts of India, no birth certificated are issued (not sure why-maybe is rural) s as I have seen people on this forum explain, so an affidavit of the elders is used as proof of birth certificate.
