Birth Certificate of a Child

Hi,

I tried to take Xerox copy of Birth Certificate for my kid but it always coming 'void void void' because of it has water marks in it. What is the procedure appling OCI for the kid. They have mentioned that, we have to give copy of birth certificate for those kids who born in foreing land in the documents enclosed list.

Try scanning it on a scanner then printing it. This will minimize watermarks.
