Birth Certificate Name Question

I am in the process of initiating GC for my mother who lives in India.

We recently tried to get her birth certificate and luckily her birth is registered. The municipality office is willing to issue the birth certificate in the same name as her 10th standard certificate or PAN or passport.

Her PAN and passport carry the suffix of her married name and the 10th certificate has the suffix of her father's initials.

I am a little confused as to which name should I get the birth certificate for ? I am reading that in certain cases people get RFE because name on passport different from birth certificate . In the other case, wouldnt there be a question as to how she has the married name in her birth certificate ?

Please advise.

Adding : also have the option to get the birth certificate without any name. Should i do this and get affidavits or get with birth name or married name ?

What is the general consensus on the name on the Birth certificate - birth name or latest married name ?
