Birth Certificate Issue!! HELP!

Hi,
I only have a photocopy of my birth certificate. I dont have the original.
I am currently waiting for an interview date at Baltimore. Can I show the photocopy of the birth certificate and 2 notarized letters (my mom and uncle) which states my birth information?

Any help is appreciated!
