Birth Certificate From China

For I-130/I-485 concurrent filing, do we need to submit the original Birth Certificate from China?

Although the instruction says a copy, since the GONG-ZHENG-SHU is not a real birth certificate, rather a government issued certificate with English translation. I am not sure whether a copy would be sufficient.

Thanks for any advice.

should be ok. I got the notarized certificate and sent the copy to USCIS. It seems ok since no rfe came.

Yeah, I think you will need to submit a birth certificate in chinese, an english translation of it, and then a notarization of the translation.
