Hello, Well we got out Request for Evidence letter about 1 week ago and they need Birth Certificate for Sibiling and 1 for my mom. Well My mom is a USA citizen, and she has 1 for her self but my uncle and aunt dont have 1 because in India they didn't make birth certificates. Now we only have a limited amount of time and my uncle says it will take 1 month to make and alot of money! What can we do insteAD OF A BIRTH CERTIFICATE and also, do we have to get a letter from the same goverenmt we put down for there birth place for not existing or can it be from anywhere in the country! Like we get civil record that the certificate doesn't exist, does the governemt have to be the same place/ disstrict that we put down for their birth place? and also, the paper says that it must state the reason it does not exist and indicate whether similar records for the time and place are available! what does tht mean, also can we make a birth certificate from anywhere, bc my moms friend said their are agents outside of the country that can make them, would that count or what~ plz help and plz reply if you need more info~ i really need help.. plz plz. plz!
