Im going to apply for US Citizenship at the end of this year. The problem is I have two birth certificate (i was adopted then after i got my gc 5 years ago i made another birth certificate with my birth parents name on it). I want to use the second bc so i can petition my real mom, but i already used the 'old' bc on the gc application. Am i going to have a problem if I use the new bc on the citizenship application/process?

Tricky one, I would send the new one and be prepared to explain the situation. As long as your adoption happened before you were 18 I think you can sponsor your adoptive mom......

A birth certificate is not a required document for N-400 application, so I doubt you will have issues with that part of the citizenship process. Sounds more like the trouble will be later, when you want to sponsor your birth mother.
