Birth Certificate and name issue--advice please

Hello,

NSC PD 08'2001.
I140 08'2003 approved
I485 01'2003
EAD 1 02'2003
EAD 2 01'2004
EAD 3 ---->applied 10'2004
FP1 02'2003
FP2 11'2004

my BC has registration date within 6 months of birth. But a copy ,based on original record of birth was issued in 2001.( we misplaced original copy). and not So issue date is 2001 and registration date is 4 months after my birth. Do I need a affidavit? My understanding is "a late registration date causes RFE..and not the issue date .I may be wrong.

Also, in my secondary school certificate, last name was not just initial and was not expanded. ( my school used to initialize).So, all my education certificates has a last name initial rather than an expanded one. It would be difficult to change all those. will this be an RFE issue? If an RFE issued, is there any way I can get around with this?.

"Issue date" does not matter. "Registration date" within 6 months should be OK. I don't think you need affidavits. But does not harm if you can provide them and secondary proof.

Thank You. But can you also throw some light on my second issue, that is about mt education transcripts, which has only last name as initial?... all my education certificates have last name as initials and only the passport and BC have last name expanded!
