Birth cerificate translation?

Hi!

I recently got a new Birth certificate. The Birth certificate has everything in English (name of the municipality and ALL the other information) EXCEPT the "STAMP" that they put. The STAMP is in the local language (Hindi). Do we need to translate the certificate in this case?

Please help....
