Does any one have contact number or address for the office in sanfransisco which issues bith certificate.

I need that for my documentation of 140&485

If you were born in india then you have to get the birth certificate from there only? If you don't have one then your parents can do affidavits for that which you can use as a substitute for birth certificate.

You have to get it from India where you were born, you should
ask your parents to go to a local Municipal Office and get your
birth certificate.

This may takes time so you should work fast.
