A lot of people report RFEs for their 485s asking for a birth affidavit, even after submitting a birth certificate. Does anyone know if this document is required for every case, or is it unpredictable. If it is standard, perhaps one should be submitting it with the original application in addition to the birth certificate. This may theoretically prevent an RFE and possibly speed up a case ?.......
