Would someone here give me a feedback?

I have recently sent it my I 140+485 recently (in the EB1 category)....a month ago. Is there a time frame by when I should receive a letter from the USCIS asking me to do the fingerprinting/biometrics ?

As far I understand the USCIS does not seem to post any information re such letters on its website. Thanks

It varies, but usually within a month. Have you gotten the I-485 receipt notice yet? Give yourself a couple of weeks after that.....

Thanks for your input. As a matter of fact I received all the receipts ( I 140+I 485) with in a week of mailing in my application.

I am now wondering at what point I need to enquire about the biometrics
letter.

Again, it varies so much that it's almost impossible nowadays to determine a time frame. Before last year's July fiasco, it was within a month, but since then, people have waited much longer (as much as 3 months). You can inquire at any point you see fit if it's weighing on your mind, as there's no harm in asking Customer Service.

I sent my I-485 last July, and got FP notice in this January. See my signature.
Usually, from what I heard, it should be within a month. Call them if not.

Thanks for the feed back. I did call the customer service....I needed to wait.
I understand sometimes name checks take time.
