Biometrics validity period

Dear friends,

Maybe this question has already been asked and answered here, but I haven't been able to find any trace of it. So could anyone tell me whether one has to be fingerprinted EVERY time one applies for a RTD or maybe one can skip the biometrics procedure if only 12 months have passed since the last fingerprinting?

You have to submit your fingerprints every time you applying for I-131.
Fingerprints valid for 12 months only. if your case have being pending for more that 12 months you must resubmit your fingerprints.
