Biometrics Urgent.......

Hello,

I got the biometrics appointment,code 2 letter yesterday. My wife recently went to India and planning to come in DEC.

Can anyone please let me know will they be any issues if we reschedule the appointment?

Can we wait until she is back or do we need to do the boimetrics right away?

Are they any disadvantages of using parole after 140 is approved ?

In my opinion, you should go for the FP instead of rescheduling it. Take a copy of the air ticket of your wife to prove that your wife has gone to India and that the FP letter was dated after her departure. I have a gutt feeling, based on your FP, your wifes FP can be done conveniently at a later date and faster. Rescheduling current FP appointment may hinder fast approval of your case. This is my opinion. Better consult an attorney.

Don't worry about it. My wife and I both were in similar situation. We could not go to USCIS office on the day of our biometrics appointment. We just went later , explained the situation and they took our biometrics right away on that day.
