does anybody knows what is the time frame for biometrics notice. I was approved May 20th and I just called nebraska office and she told me to wait, but it is more than 30 days since my approval. Any idea guys?

Also, can I go to the local office with my approval letter to get the temporary GC (I need it to co-sign for my wife's student loan). Do I need an infopass appointment for this?

Nofreedom, If I was you I would just make an appointment thru infopass to see I/O for stamping. Take your approval letter with you. When you go there for stamping ask the I/O to see if they can take your Biometrics while you are there. If you run into a nice officer, you never know. They might take your Biometrics right there and then which will automatically trigger your GC production. I think its worth a shot.
 
NOFREEDOM when you get your approval letter, did you go to local office for stamp? thats when they make you fill paperwork for your GC.

I got approved first week of April, went to local office for I-551 card in second week of April ( no biometrics), still waiting for GC, my on-line LUD change on fri and again today, but no email, now I am getting stressed, what is happening, date changed twice, still no reply. what do you guys think of this? any one please?
