Biometrics taken-- now what?

Hi:

I filed I-140 (EB1-OR/PP) and I-485 concurrently on March 15. The I-140 got approved and the I-485 is pending. I had my biometrics information taken today. My petition is being handled at the NSC. How long do I have to wait before my I-485 gets approved?

Any ideas?

Wait till your name check gets cleared first if you are really lucky then you might get cleared.

Does it mean that people get stuck on the name check typically?
