Hi,
My story:
I sent my I-751 out on 11/20 during my 90-day window, received a letter from USCIS and check cashed around 12/16 but I'm now waiting for my Biometrics appointment letter. I reside in Florida and sent my package to the Texas Service Center but I guess it was sent to the California Service Center because my check had a WAC# on it.
So here are my questions:
1.) I know that I should get my Biometrics letter any day now but I will be in Buffalo for training for a 2-week in January which may coincide with my Biometrics appt. Leaving Buffalo to Florida to go for my appointment if the date falls during my training is not really an option but I wanted to know if I can go for a walk-in appt. once I receive my Biometrics appt. letter. i.e. Go in earlier than my appt. date once I receive my biometrics appt. letter. Can I do this?
2.) Also, approximately how long after my biometric appointment should I expect the 10-yr card, assuming that I submitted sufficient evidence and do not require a second interview?
Thank you so much for you help.
