Can I get biometrics done as soon as I file with an Infopass appointment? Even if I come back for bio, do I have to get fingerprints done in my local USCIS office where I filed or can I get it done in another city also? How many times can we reschedule a biometics appointment(if we can reschedule in the first place at all)?

I would like to know what happened in your case. Biometrics can be rescheduled within 30 days of receipt either by going to the ASC directly (which they allow in most cases, but truly based on luck) or by writing a letter to reschedule to the local USCIS office.
