Biometrics for I751

I called the USCIS toll free number and was informed that my I751 was approved on February 7th, 2007 and I still have not gotten any notice for a biometric appointment or anything to say if one is needed.

However i just saw this in the I751 application form and i am getting nervous

2. Biometric Services.Applicants will now have their photograph, fingerprints andsignature taken by USCIS. When you file Form I-751, USCISwill notify you in writing of the date, time and location whereyou must go for the required biometric services. Failure to appear for the biometric services may result in a denial ofyour application.NOTE: Because USCIS is now taking photographs ofapplicants, you no longer need to submit two passport-stylephotos with your petition.


Can they really deny my application after approval? What is my next step since i did not get an official approval notice? Please help me with some advice. This would be really appreciated.

Update

I went to the local office and did my Biometrics. how long does it normally take to get the physical green card from then?

Any answers would be appreciated.
