Biometrics for EAD vs 485. Pls help.

We received a notice for code 2 biometrics for EAD last month. First of all what is the difference between code 2 biometrics for 485 and EAD? Are they the same? How long after this can we expect our 485 to be cleared (TSC shows processing date of 4/1/2004).

Is it for your second EAD? Have you e-filed Second EAD?
