Friends:- I have filed my concurrent I-140/485 in Sep, 2003 and got approval of I-140 in Feb-2006(All Inq.Indicated that it was delayed due to Name Check for obvious reasons). Now I got Code 3 biometrics notice for April-06 and my family (Wife and daughters) got Code 2 bio notice. Can somebody help me understand that whether my family may get GC approved and I will be struck again for Name Check(I have previously given from FP in 03 and April, 05 (Should be valid). The web site of USCI still show my one FP of 2003 and never got updated for my of my family members. Is thr any hope or the same cycle of unknown is going to start again for 485 application. Can I appeal for the same as I have a record that my previous case of I-140 was held due to Name Check and got approved and they took so many finger prints.....Appreciate your valuable replies.
