My boyfriend applied for his renewal last week. We just received our first notice in the mail and in fine print it says "If this is for an I-90 application, call the 1-800 number to schedule an appt at the ASC. Is this new? I was under the impression that you had to wait until they sent you a notice for the Biometrics. Has anyone encountered this, and if so is the wait time still a few months to get an appt?
