Biometrics appointment recieved
After so many months of problems and difficult things I went through. I finally found a good lawyer who helped me with my adjustment of status. My dad who is a US RESIDENT is my petitioner. I entered the US with a tourist visa dna I overstayed it.
I had to do everything ASAP because in Nov. I will turn 21 and everything will be lost. I told him that and he responded for mo not to worry, that I will have my green card. Ok, I believe him.
He sent the entire package to INS on Sept 20.
I-130 approved back in 95
485-I ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS
AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT
MEDICAL EXAMS
MONEY ORDERS
PICTURES
AND ALL THE OTHER PAPERWORK SUCH AS BIRTH CERTIFICATES, PASSPORT, ETC...ETC..
All this was done in a period of 1 week.
September 30 I recieved my first NOTICE OF ACTION, it was the reciept for the money orders.
Friday October 6, I recieved the appointment for the biometrics. I have to go next Saturday, October 14 @ 9 AM.
My lawyer didn't send in an application for employment because he said it wasn't neccesary.
