Biometrics appointment...again!!!!

Hi all!!!

Has this happened to anyone? I filed I130,I485 & I765 in Feb 2007 with ND 2/28/07. I had my biometrics on 3/20/07. Recd. my EAD May 16th (with a fingerprint on it). Had my interview on 5/22/07. They needed another copy of Affidavit of support which I sent within a week. My I130 was approved 6/15/07. Today I get a Biometrics appointment for July 10th!!!! Is this normal?
The EAD card has a fingerprint so its not like they don't have them FPs etc. Any input would help understand the world of USCIS!!

All people can do is speculate. USCIS is not perfect, so maybe somehow they lost your biometrics (or they are unusable for some reason, or the letter was generated in error. How I dont know. Your best bet is go for the FP appointment and see what the person there says to you. Ask them.

I have to travel outside the United States but don't have advanced parole. Can I go to the local USCIS office and get my passport stamped...or is that not possible in my situation?

Hello All,
So I got my FP redone yesterday. The lady took my index finger FP, a picture and made me sign. That was IT!!! What happens next?
