Biometrics and Interview question

Hi all. I am on H-1B in the US and I applied for a GC based on marriage.

I just received a notice to go get biometrics done. Does it mean that they won't schedule an interview? Or, does everyone *have to have* an interview before approval?

Will they send you an approval notice of some sorts, or do you just wait for the card to arrive?

Interviews are scheduled after you do your biometrics. You will have an interview after that.
